Anna Zakletska-Burak, the Vice-President of the Ukrainian Youth SOBOR in charge of the external relations, represented the organization on the annual “Young Leaders Meeting”, held on the 15th – 18th of October in Aachen, Germany. - The “EXPRESS OF SMILES” has started in Kiev -
On the 30th of March pupils of Kiev school №2 launched into the space almost 200 smiles. The school children drew their smiles on the multicolored balloons and set them free synchronously after the call “One, two, three, set your smile free!”. The action, organized by the Kiev City Organization of the Ukrainian Youth SOBOR got the name “The Express of Smiles”. - Dmytro Masliak was elected as the UYS attorney for external relations -
The UYS presidium member Dmytro Masliak was elected as an attorney of the Youth Sobor for external relations. The relevant resolution was passed by the organizations presidium. Therefore now Dmytro Masliak is obliged to establish and supervise relations with international organizations and funds and to reinforce interaction with them. - With assistance of Kyiv municipal organization of UYS in Kyiv there took place a fashion show in ethnic style -
On Friday, February 13, in the Museum of the Ukrainian folk decorative art (in the territory of Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra) there took place a theatricalized fashion show The Feast is Coming! The collection included 24 stylized clothes with bright ethnic elements and futuristic trends reminding the creative works of Maria Pryimachenko. All works were prepared by the students of M. Boychuk State Institute of Decorative Applied Arts and Design of Kyiv. «The clothes created by these students deserves being presented at the fashion weeks. It is remarkable for its expressed ethnic motives combine with modern femininity», says the production director of this show, scriptwriter Anna Zakletska.

Purpose of the Ukrainian Republican Party “Sobor”
The main purpose of the Party is allegation of democratic order and civil society in Ukraine as an indispensable condition of formation of independent Ukrainian national integrated democratic government.
In accordance to the Program of the Party its general assignments are to attain the prosperity of The Ukrainians by traditional people’s and pantochristian values; to approve the market economy, founded on the private property with proofing of domestic consumer and producer; and optimal participation of Ukraine in international labour and capital distribution.
In future the general purpose of the URP “Sobor” will be the unification of all state national democratic force into single powerful political force. We state readiness to follow the unity path.
Political agreement
between the Ukrainian Republican Party “Sobor” and the All-Ukrainian Civil Society Organization “Ukrainskyi Molodizhnyi Sobor” (Ukrainian Youth Sobor)
The Ukrainian Republican Party “Sobor” and the All-Ukrainian Civil Society Organization “Ukrainskyi Molodizhnyi Sobor” (Ukrainian Youth SOBOR) are concluding this agreement as follows:
• caring of the consolidation of Ukrainian Government, developing the civil society, and approving the democracy;
• caring of further development of Ukrainian nation, creation of worthy conditions for maturation of youth at freedom, moral, and prosperity condition;
• aspiring to approve the integration of Ukraine and unity of patriots of governments they conclude the collaboration political agreement .
The Ukrainian Republican Party “Sobor” (the URP “Sobor”) and the All-Ukrainian Civil Society Organization “Ukrainskyi Molodizhnyi Sobor” (the AUCSO “UMS”) came to agreement as follows:
General Provisions
1. The Agreement is concluded with intend of coordination of effort of the Parties in political, social, cultural, and economic scope within the legal environment of Ukraine.
2. The Agreement is the demonstration of desire of the Parties to execute the aims and objectives of the Charter by means of all-round cooperation and support. Rights and duties of the Ukrainian Republican Party “Sobor”
3. The URP “Sobor” promotes of the AUCSO “UMS”, draws the Organization to All Ukrainian political developments by means of holding of joint steps, election campaigns.
4. The URP “Sobor” provides the representation of leadership of the AUCSO “UMS” in governing body of the Party. The Head of the URP “Sobor” advises to the Party Convention a candidate of the Head of the Organization to a post of a member of Central Leads Party, and Deputy Heads to a post of members of Tsentralna Rada (Central Council) of the Party. At the meetings (conferences) the Heads of Territorial Organization of the URP “Sobor” propose the Head of Territorial Organization of the AUCSO “UMS” for a post of a Leads Member of corresponding Territorial Organization of the Party, and the Deputy Head of Territorial Organization of AUCSO “UMS” for a post of a Rada member of corresponding Territorial Organization of the Party.
5. The URP “Sobor” instructs the AUCSO “UMS” for holding of different arrangements among youth. During the campaigning the URP “Sobor” uses the structure of the AUCSO “UMS”, implements financial, material and technical security of the arrangements.
6. Based on the results of collaboration inter the Parties, as at central so the regional level, the URP “Sobor” gets the AUCSO “UMS” to take part in election process by means of allocation of quotas in party lists and nomination of the Organization activists for other elective posts. Without fail, the competent authorities of the party consider the proposal of appropriate Territorial Organizations of the AUCSO “UMS” about formation of party lists of all levels. Rights and duties of the All-Ukrainian Civil Society Organization “Ukrainskyi Molodizhnyi Sobor”
7. The AUCSO “UMS” implements the propaganda of suggestions of the Ukrainian Republican Party “Sobor”, campaigns, and caries out another job on the basis of rules, applicable on electoral campaign by the Party.
8. The AUCSO “UMS” executes the orders of the URP “Sobor” on caring out of different arrangements (political, sports, cultural etc.).
9. The AUCSO “UMS” actively contribute to attract young people into the Party, promotes the party structure and the execution of program of the Party.
10. The AUCSO “UMS” should forewarn the URP “Sobor” about relations with other civil society organization, or in case of relations with political parties should receive the permission. Final clause
11. The Agreement becomes effective on the date of signing by the Heads of the URP “Sobor” and the AUCSO “UMS”.
12. The Agreement is opened for signature with other Civil Society Organizations.
